I started Flows because recruiting absolutely sucks in the current ecosystem. Everyone I talk to — founders, hiring managers, candidates — says the same thing: it's impossible to find people who actually care about what you're building. And candidates are drowning in a sea of generic job posts and recruiter spam, unable to find roles that actually match their skills and values.

I'm building the solution I wish I had. A system where AI handles the grunt work so humans can focus on what actually matters: finding people who believe in your mission.

I want to redefine how billions of people find meaningful work and how companies build teams that actually care.
